On Monday, we hosted the 10th annual Mechanchim seminar for community workers in Jewish communities and organizations. With lecturer Ethel Barylka of Educating for Impact, we explored how to best target our community programs to specific audiences and how not to stay stagnant and dynamically change programs to meet the changing needs of the community. In the second part, we looked for effective strategies to overcome the challenges we face as community workers.
The seminar was attended by community workers and volunteers from the Prague Jewish community and other communities affiliated with the Federation of Jewish Communities in the Czech Republic. We would like to thank the Jewish Community in Prague for their support and cooperation.
