On Thursday, May 30, we prepared an accredited seminar for social workers, caregivers and health professionals from Jewish communities in the Czech Republic on the topic Not to endanger, but not restrict? Working with risk in social services. The lecturers were Dita Vojířová and Bohumila Kalousková from the educational organization “Tudytam”. The course focused on the issue of working with different types of risks that can threaten users of social services. 18 workers participated. The feedback was very positive.
We have been organizing the accredited seminars since 2015. We are very grateful to our partners and donors, the Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, the Public Benefit Society for the Support of Persons Affected by the Holocaust and the Department for Education and Culture of the Jewish Museum in Prague.
